The Design Engineer works within the framework of the Alpha Engineering Team as an expert in design concept development; bringing experienced production design perspective and excellent creative problem solving to the front end of the project development process, ensuring that every design concept is tailored to fit the precise needs of the customer as well as optimized to fit PD production capabilities.
Finisher - 2nd Shift
The finisher is responsible for using solvents and tools to customize store fixtures. The finisher will apply stains, top coat and wood sealants to custom designed store fixtures.
Instore Installation Coordinator
The Installation Coordinator is responsible for executing the company’s goals and objectives using their knowledge, organization and communication skills to successfully install high-end fixtures produced by Process Displays.

The Shift Lead is responsible for executing the company’s goals and objectives to meet project deadlines effectively and efficiently. They are responsible for the continual assessment of project processes to ensure the team is operating at the highest level of speed and quality to meet client expectations.
Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift
Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
The Cabinet Maker sets up and operates a variety of woodworking machines and uses hand-tools to fabricate high end retail store displays. This position will integrate various materials into the store displays including plastics, metals and electronics.
The Design Drafter works within the framework of the Alpha engineering team as an expert in production design development. They must bring an experienced production design perspective and excellent creative problem solving to the design development process, ensuring that every detail of the customers design intent is met while also expertly translating the design into information, tailor made to fit the needs of production.

The Assembly Lead is responsible for executing the company’s goals and objectives to meet deadlines in the most effective and efficient manner. They are responsible for the continual assessment of production processes to ensure the team is operating at the highest level of speed and quality to meet client expectations.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This position will manage our California location in addition to various shipping and receiving duties.

Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Quality and safety oriented manual machine operator. Work in an efficient manner to ensure smooth flow through shop. Willing to work overtime as needed. Keep a clean and organized shop. Willingness to learn new skills. The Machine Operator demonstrates a commitment to the PD core values of integrity, passion, possibility and the ability to work at the speed of retail.
The Estimator is responsible for accurately calculating the total costs associated with a project or the development of a new product and taking into consideration all relevant factors in the plan such as materials, labor and equipment.
