The Cabinet Maker sets up and operates a variety of woodworking machines and uses hand-tools to fabricate high end retail store displays. This position will integrate various materials into the store displays including plastics, metals and electronics.
The Design Drafter works within the framework of the Alpha engineering team as an expert in production design development. They must bring an experienced production design perspective and excellent creative problem solving to the design development process, ensuring that every detail of the customers design intent is met while also expertly translating the design into information, tailor made to fit the needs of production.

Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
The Estimator is responsible for accurately calculating the total costs associated with a project or the development of a new product and taking into consideration all relevant factors in the plan such as materials, labor and equipment.
The Project Manager responsible for managing new projects relating to our Solid Fixture Division. The Project Manager communicates and coordinates the details of the design concept through installation. They will manage the sales team’s expectations and the production/manufacturing team’s timing and quality of the product being produced.
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for processing outbound shipments & receiving materials efficiently and accurately through the company’s WMS system, they will ensure adequate levels of department supplies & materials are always on-hand while maintaining a clean, organized & safe work environment.
